The ONE & ONLY famous TRAILER TRASH BASH, hosted by the Southwest Vintage Camper Association. We promised something special this year to celebrate our tenth anniversary Bash and I think we've done it! As usual this event centers around the Trailer Trash Queen and Saturday night will be all about the Queen, but Friday night it's all about the King! And who better for the King than the King of Rock and Roll? That's right, Elvis will be live at the Starlite on Friday Night. Award winning Aaron Black will be performing his Tribute to Elvis show. This one is a don't miss event! Open house of dozens of vintage campers, swap meet and more. More fun happens on Saturday night with the annual Trailer Trash Queen competition! All ladies are encouraged to enter, use your imagination to dress in your best trailer trash attire. The winner gets the tiara, sash, the royal throne for a year (you have to see it to believe it!), your own camper featured on the 2014 t-shirts and posters, and free entry to the 2014 Bash! As a bonus for early arrivals Thursday night our "drive in movie" will be showing "Elvis has Left the Building" a great comedy starring Kim Bassinger and John Corbin, along with 100+ Elvis impersonators. Entries are limited to pre-1975 campers of all types. Spaces are assigned on a first received basis, so get those entries in as soon as possible for the best spaces, once we sell out of hookup spaces we will be dry camping the rest. Of course if you don't have a vintage camper you can rent one of the Starlite units and still join in all the fun, reserve one today before they are gone!
